I loved staying here because it was just a few steps from a beautiful park and only a short walk to the stunning Sprengel Museum, making my weekend walks truly enjoyable. the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During my stay, I faced a few issues. I was booked into a single room, but they had run out, pushing me into a double room at an extra cost. The décor throughout felt outdated, giving off a 70's vibe that didn't sit well with me. The temperature control in the room was off. it got chilly at night and the bathroom never quite warmed up. I also found bugs during my second night, which was concerning since I hadn't opened any windows due to the freezing temperatures. The TV channels were primarily local, lacking any variety. All this didn't quite match what I expected for the price, especially during the busy trade fair period.

The breakfast selection was really impressive, fresh fruits galore, and I couldn't believe how friendly the staff were. The kids loved the bike rental, it was a nice surprise for us!

This hotel suits me perfectly. They offer excellent wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, they helped me return documents I accidentally left. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

Noise from the parking garage disturbed my stay!!! Outdated decor and room features felt like a step back in time. Wi-Fi connection was painfully slow, impacting my business work!!! My bathroom lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable after use!!!
